SOY DIETARY FIBER
Soy Dietary Fiber is used for applications in Canned Tuna and other Canned Food, and in a wide variety of Blends/Mixtures. It is drawn from the cell wall material of soybean cotyledon. It has a special property of very high water-binding ability of 1:10.
Soy Dietary Fiber has an extremely high water binding ability above 1:10 with a high viscosity. It is widely used by Tomato Sauce plants in the world market and it gives the most cost-effective solution for Tomato Mix production.
Application of soy fiber:
Baking foods: high dietary fiber bread, cakes, cookies and etc. Dietary fiber improves the water-holding so that it will be
conducive to product preservation and reduce the cost.
Meat products: The dietary fiber improves the water-holding and increases the nutrition of meat.
Dairy products: The dietary fiber perfects the taste of dairy products and be beneficial to maintain intestinal health, lower the cholesterol.
