Vanilla power, perfect for those who aren't't fond of the "alcohol" edge that traditional white vanilla extract

imparts. This unsweetened powder can be substituted for extract (equal measure or to taste) and functions

well in liquid/heat sensitive recipes. Great on baked goods, atop dried fruit, in dry mixes (pancakes),

substituted for cocoa powder, and as a non-dairy coffee creamer. Also adds flavor while retaining white

color to: tapioca, sauces for fruit salads, etc.

Gives a full-bodied vanilla taste with lingering aromatic richness

    which is very pleasant and satisfying in taste.

2. White vanilla powder Imparts a rich vanilla flavour with a full aromatic background taste which can

    be described as a hint of caramel with sweet resinous sensation which enfolds the inner creaminess

    of vanilla taste.
