Vanillia flavor is white powder, which is refined and concentrated on the original production process of vanillin, with stronger fragrance than ordinary vanillin, same flavor and index, and no other side effects.
It is widely used in pastry, candy, cold drinks, cookies, soup, fried melon seeds, medicinal smoke and other food industries. It increases the fragrance and can also be used as the main raw material of aroma modifier, improver, aroma fixing agent and bitterness remover.
More than 50% lower than the use of ordinary vanillin, the reference dosage is 0.1-0.3%, according to the different needs of the appropriate amount of increase or decrease
