Used
1.Sodium acid is a acid food preservative, and its bacteriostatic effect is affected by environmental pH value. The minimum inhibitory concentration was 0.01% at pH 5.0 and 0.5% at pH 6.5. It has a strong inhibitory effect on various molds, Gram-negative bacilli or aerobic bacillus in acidic medium. It is effective in preventing aflatoxin production, but almost ineffective in yeast. In the food industry, it can be used for pastry preservation, the use amount is 2.5g/kg(based on propionate, the same below); The maximum usage of bayberry in 3% ~ 5% aqueous solution is 50g/kg. It can also be used as an anti-mildew agent for feed.
